How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@peticlub.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. Our support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and provide updated shipping information.
Product Condition for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only for new and unused products. This includes products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
Return label
Customer's responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and return shipping label.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns or exchanges. No additional restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
Refund processing time 7 Days
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction and show the refund in your account
